About Verge Scientific…

In 2013, after a decade as an incubator of ‘green’ technologies with a focus on Research & Development, the decision was made to expand the corporate mandate to become actively involved in the marketing of those technologies. It was felt that a corporate name change was in order to signal our broader direction, and Verge Scientific was chosen.

Why Verge?

Much of our current lifestyle is based on technologies, buildings, and infrastructure that were developed in an era of relatively low population and seemingly abundant resources. This mindset, unfortunately led to a legacy of inherent inefficiencies and waste. Today, with an ever increasing population’s escalating demand on the planet, we recognize the finite nature of our global resources, we understand the impact of our past decisions, and know we must eliminate the waste and inefficiencies both for today’s bottom-line and tomorrow’s profitability.

“VERGE” is an acronym which has been coined to refer to the convergence of technologies that is taking place in the world today. This business/technological/industrial convergence is producing greater efficiencies and more sustainable solutions for society worldwide.

This change is and will be profound, and our name, Verge Scientific, identifies our company as an active agent of that change. We are committed to offering solutions through products that have a role in the optimization of resources: Technologies that positively contribute to our collective sustainability.

Stabl-Power’s founder, during a long and successful career in the electric utility industry, had seen on a first-hand basis the impact and costs of ‘Dirty’ Power to the customers of the utility, and committed his company to realizing a solution.

Today, Stabl-POWER USA LLC specializes in the assessment of ‘Dirty’ Power conditions and provides custom configured solutions for the problems that plague all users of electricity using state-of-the-art technology to deliver maximum protection and optimal cost-savings.
